Salomé Lopes (1998, Almada) lives and works in Lisbon. She holds a BA in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts University of Lisbon (PT, 2020) and also studied at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (DE, 2019). Her work consists of research based projects often materialised through installations, combining media such as sculpture, drawing, video and sound. Her work reflects on the human relationship with myths, on how narratives are created and how they affect our perceptions of reality, from ancient to contemporary times.
